On April 23, 2014 the CNN Politics published an article " Many low-wage not protected by minimum wage." I think this article worth reading because people have different ways to think how this article will affect economy and our lives. As you read the first paragraph " President Obama's push to raise the federal minimum wage to 10.10 an hour, coupled with recent state- level increase, is welcome news for many people getting by on small paychecks." I don't think this idea is going to work for all states because people who own small business can't afford it. This Article talked about disable workers should get at least minimum wage 10.10$ per hour, I strongly agree with this because disable workers who don't have more chances to go to work, whatever they make, they should get paid more than normal people. I also don't agree that they cut down wage for teenage trainees because these people who work hard to earn money. Some of them need to help their parents and some of them like to make their own money. I Think government should pay at least 7.25 $ per hour for these people. In contrast, The Senate also consider that it would raise minimum wage to 10.10$ and 2.13 $ minimum for tipped workers. That sound good for workers because they get more money to support their families. However, some agriculture workers who don't have minimum protection at federal level, it isn't fair for them. These working hard people have to get at least minimum 10.10 per hour. I think government should apply minimum wage 10.10 per hour for these businesses that make more than 500000 $ per year. If businesses don't cross the line 500000 $, they just have to pay 7.25 $ per hour. If we can get this minimum wage apply to our economy, it will help a lot for these people who have low income. For example,  A family has three person, each two of them works average 40 hours per week and they get minimum wage 7.25$ per, how do you think they can support their families with this amount money. On the other hand, if minimum wage applies for all state, it will reduce a lot of jobs. Some companies will cut down jobs a lot because I don't think they can afford it. There are two things go together if raising minimum wage 10.10$ per hour. First of all, workers will get more money to support their families. Second, companies will cut out jobs a lot. Second option, we can make it work if government can create more jobs such as build more roads, get more companies move in, ect.. This article leaves a big questions for our government how to raise minimum wage to 10.10$ per hour and how to create more jobs.?
