Michelle Obama in China

the article written by Carol is one of the most important message that Michelle Obama wants to mention to readers about Human rights and freedom of speech in china. she also brought her two daughters and her mom with her during a trip. Mrs Obama visited some high schools at Chengdu and gave a speech to this school. she sent an important message to students " the rights to say what we think and worship as we choose." she also drew attention to the highly sensitive issue of the semi-autonomous religion of Tibet and minority in general. as you know that Hillary Clinton visited china in 1995 and she also sent an important message to Women " women's rights are human rights" the reader can't tell which message will have greater impact. as you know that china is a communist country and human rights in china is one of the biggest issues now. people don't seem to have human right and freedom of speech. she spend a lot of her time appealing china's youth and encouraged them to have high education. Human right is the most important issue for some communist countries such as China, Vietnam and North Korea and Mrs Obama just wants to send a message "Human rights" to these countries. I strongly agree with what she did during her trip to China. I hope this message will make a big change in the future for people who live these countries to have human rights and free speech.

On March 6,2014 the CNN Politics published an article titled " CNN Poll: Wide divide over abortion." I think it is an article worth reading because people have different way to think how abortion affect to women's lives?
when you read through this article, you may agree with it or you may not agree." Washington CNN-
About one in four Americans say that abortion should be legal in all circumstances, one in five say abortion should always be illegal, and slightly over half the public thinks abortion should be legal in some, but not all, circumstances, according to a national poll released Thursday." as you know that abortion is one of the biggest issue that we have to deal with. let's put this in that way, if abortion should not be legal and some women who can not support their children well or don't have money to pay for hospital. and these women always want to  have good life, they don't want to ruin their lives for it. I strongly agree that abortion or not abortion that it is up to women's lives. they can do whatever they want to do with their own body because they surely know what they have to do.

the article also talks about these women can or can't get health insurance that covers abortions "Most Americans have never favored using public funds for abortions for women who cannot afford them. According to the survey, 56% remain opposed, with only 39% favoring public funding for abortions" it doesn't sound good for abortion women because some of them may not afford it. I think government should have better health plan that should help women to cover abortion.

as you read through this article, you also want to know how Republicans and Democrats react to abortion. with just 31% of Republicans calling for a complete ban on abortion and just 32% of Democrats saying that abortion should be legal in all circumstances." it is very hard for you to decide which party you want to go with. I think this issue always comes along with your society, abortion or Not abortion just let women decide their own body. I think our government should have better plan for abortion and have a perfect way to reduce abortion. we may have more TV shows or more information that bring to women how bad abortion affect their lives. for my opinion, high education is one of the best way to reduce abortion. if you are interested reading this article, please click on this website http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2014/03/06/cnn-poll-wide-divide-over-abortion/?hpt=po_c2

On Thursday, February 20, 2014 the Time published an article titled Minimum Wage Hike Would Lift Earnings But Cost Jobs By Same Frizell. this article talks about the President Barack Obama's plan to increase the federal minimum wage would raise earning for millions of American and lift almost one million out of poverty, but it costs economy hundred of thousand of jobs. and Congressional Budget Office also said that increasing the minimum wage from $ 7.25 per hours to $ 10.10 per hours that would increase earning for all workers and they have more money to spend but it would reduce more employment. so the issue is how to increase the minimum wage and how to create more jobs. Obama and Congressional Democrats have tried to make a minimum wage a key issue ahead of the 2014 midterm elections but Republicans seem to like doesn't agree with Obama's plan. increasing the minimum wage that will help all workers make more money but it will hurt economy it both issues doesn't work well together. as House Speaker John Boehner.said “With unemployment Americans’ top concern, our focus should be creating—not destroying—jobs for those who need them most.” For my option, I strongly agree with Obama's Plan. Increasing minimum wage will help workers make more money to support their family. the minimum wage $ 7.25 per hour I think that it is very low for workers. you can do the math if the family have 3 people and only one works, this family doesn't have enough money while educated people can support their family. the only thing I consider is how to increase minimum wage while creating more jobs ? I hope Government will work it out. if you are interested to read this article, you can follow this link http://swampland.time.com/2014/02/18/minimum-wage-jobs-cbo-congress/
